You may also like call us on 020 8947 4424 especially if your request is urgent. Ideally we would like to have 2-4 weeks notice for all celebration cakes and 1-3 months to book a wedding cake, though we understand this is not always feasible. On occasion last minute orders are able to be accommodated, so please do ask.
Please provide as much information as possible in your enquiry, such as the date, number of portions you require, style and theme of your event and the venue’s address if you require delivery.
We offer cake tastings and consultations for orders over £400 which are usually held at The Cake Parlour in Wimbledon. The consultation includes a cake tasting for up to three people and you will be able to sample five delicious cake flavour combinations from our menu. There is a non-refundable fee of £25.00 for all consultations, which is deducted from the price of the cake on placing an order. Consultations must be paid for in advance either over the phone or online. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice.
Payment
To secure your booking, we require a £200.00 non-refundable deposit for orders over £500.00 and a 50% deposit for orders under £500.00. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before the event (with exception to small order cakes which are collected in-store). It is not necessary to confirm your design upon booking. Final decisions and details must be signed off however at least 4 weeks before the event. Any alterations after this period make incur additional fees.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery to Central London costs £75.00. Delivery charges outside are quoted individually. We will arrange a time with your venue’s event co-ordinator to ensure it is set-up correctly. You may also collect your cake from our store in Wimbledon. Cakes will be packaged well and we will advise you how to transport them safely.


The Cake Parlour do not accept any responsibility once the cake has left The Cake Parlour (unless delivered by The Cake Parlour).
